FOR OUR ELEMENTARY AGE FAMILY
Kidz Course is excited to announce our partnership with All Star Wellness! This amazing company is run by Laura Michelson, LMSW, who is looking to provide social and emotional support to students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Sessions will begin with positive self-talk, a brief meditation, as well as a book to start off the theme of the class. Kidz Course equipment and gym-style games will be used to help children learn more about all of their emotions- all while they play!
