Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be processed. Credits will be issued for cancellations made prior to an hour before the session time. Any late cancellations (1 hour before time scheduled) could in a forfeiture of monies. Please only come in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled play time. Socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available for purchase. We are not responsible for lost/missing items. Adults are responsible for the safety of their children at ALL TIMES. Child (ren) may not be left unsupervised. The Kidz Course is not responsible for any accidents/injuries. Please be respectful to other families, play equipment, and staff.
